Negli archivi storici della famiglia conservati nella Villa principale sono presenti documenti che attestano le produzioni, le vendite ed i valori economici delle merci prodotte gi\u00e0 dal 1700. \u00a0E’ peraltro del 1716 il famoso Bando di Cosimo III de’ Medici che dichiara l’area del Val d’Arno di Sopra una delle 4 migliori zone di produzione vinicola insieme alle aree dell’attuale Chianti Classico<\/strong>, del Carmignano<\/strong> e del Pomino<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
