Markgraf Bartolommeo Bartolini Baldelli, Superintendent am k\u00f6niglichen Hofe der lothringischen Grossherz\u00f6ge, liess Mitte 1800, rings um die Villa, einen romantischen Park im englischen Stil mit Steineichen und gewundenen Wegen anlegen.
\nIn diesen Jahren wurde auch der dazugeh\u00f6rende Garten vollkommen renoviert, n\u00e4mlich mit auf Schwammstein ruhenden, terrassenf\u00f6rmig angelegten, je nach Jahreszeit farbenpr\u00e4chtigen Blumenbeeten.<\/p>\n

Es wurden Buchsbaumhecken, hochst\u00e4mmige B\u00e4ume, aus dem Libanon stammende Blauzedern und andere seltene Gew\u00e4chse angepflanzt, wovon einige heute noch existieren.
